Abstract This study is entitled (the impact of family disintegration injuvenile delinquency "An Empirical study on the children of the Ashbal Care-House Jerief -West “), where family breakdown is one of the serious problems facing society, especially in light of the sharp rise in the rates of juvenile delinquency; which require response to this problem and ﬁnding out the causes leading to it as well as taking appropriate preventive measures to curb its occurrence. It also threatens the future potentials of the children; it is known that the delinquent today is a criminal tomorrow if he is not treated and adjusted. The subject of this research has been chosen to contribute in providing a realistic picture of the decﬁion-mailers’ such as—the ‘rﬁaﬁagamerrar 'édGcat'i6n71Y1‘d devéloprnent in terms of the size of the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency, and the relationship between social inﬂuences and psychological suffering from the events dominating in their families, to be able to face them on the level of prevention as well as on the level of treatment by relying on the specialists, psychologists, social workers and counselors of students in school life to identify behavioral problems that are encountered by some of the children to address them in their environment. Researcher resorted to the use of descriptive and analytical approach to identify the impact of family disintegration of juvenile delinquency through applied study on the children of the above mentioned Care-House. The researcher also depended on the experimental method to conduct a ﬁeld of study on a number of events using the interview as a tool to collect data from a sample of 94 delinquents residing in the mentioned Care-House --- the homeless who came from several states from both sexes male and female. After collecting data the researcher ‘used the percentage of data analysis. The study found out many results, most important of which is that the family disintegration is one of the major factors leading to juvenile delinquency. The study cam up with a number of recommendations, among which is that the family should adhere to the values oflslam and should strengthen the religious faith ofits members because it is the primary way out of this crisis, since the values of lslamic religion as regards the individual, family and community will limit the size and inﬂation of the phenomenon of family disintegration

المستخلص جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان (دور التفكك الأسري في إنحراف الأحداث "دراسة وصفية على دار تربية الأشبال الجريف غرب")، حيث يشكل التفكك الأسري مشكلة خطيرة من المشاكل التي تواجه المجتمع، خصوصاً في ظل الارتفاع الملحوظ في معدلات انحراف الأحداث؛ مما يستدعى التصدي لهذه المشكلة ومعرفة الأسباب المؤدية إليها واتخاذ التدابير الوقائية المناسبة للحيلولة دون حدوثها وذلك لأنها تهدد طاقات أبناء المستقبل، فالقاعدة المعروفة أن الجانح اليوم هو مجرم الغد إذا لم يتم علاجه وتقويمه. وقد تم اختيار موضوع هذا البحث من أجل المساهمة في تقديم صورة واقعية لصانعي القرار كوزارة التربية والتعليم والمعنين بامر الطفولة من حيث حجم ظاهرة إنحراف الأحداث، وعلاقة التأثيرات الاجتماعية والنفسية التي يعاني منها الأحداث بالتفكك في أسرهم، ليتمكنوا من مواجهتها على صعيد الوقاية وكذلك على صعيد العلاج من خلال الاعتماد على الاختصاصيين النفسيين والاجتماعيين ومرشدي الطلاب في الحياة المدرسية للتعرف على المشاكل السلوكية التي ينخرط فيها بعض الأبناء من أجل معالجتها وهي في بيئتها. ولجأت الباحثة إلى إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بغية التعرف على تأثير التفكك الأسري على إنحراف الأحداث من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على دار تربية الأشبال بالجريف غرب، كذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج التجريبي لإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عدد من الأحداث باستخدام المقابلة كأداة لجمع بيانات من عينة قوامها 94 حدثاًً من الأحداث المودعين في دار تربية الأشبال بالجريف غرب والذين ينحدرون من عدة ولايات ومن الجنسين الإناث والذكور. وبعد جمع البيانات استخدمت الباحثة النسبة المئوية لتحليل البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج من أهمها أن التفكك الأأسري يعد من أهم العوامل التي تؤدي إلى إنحراف الأحداث، وأوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات
