    أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة ( TQM ) علي حوكمة العمليات ( دراسة للشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء المحدودة ) للفترة 2016 ـــــ 2021 م

    المستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف علي أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة ( TQM ) علي حوكمة العمليات بالشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء المحدودة ، حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في عدم الإلمام الكافي بكيفية تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة ودورها في حوكمة العمليات. وهذه المشكلة التي تبحث فيها الدراسة يمكن إبرازها في عدم وجود حوكمة للعمليات ومن ثم عدم قدرتها وإخفاقها في تطبيق هذا النظام العالمي المتميز برغم بداياتها المبكرة لتطبيقه من خلال السؤال الرئيسي التالي : ما هو أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة ( TQM ) علي حوكمة العمليات بالشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء المحدودة ؟ وإفترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة وحوكمة العمليات بالشركة ، وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التركيز والإهتمام بالعميل وتعزيز حوكمة العمليات بالشركة ، وهناك فرضية تنص علي وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإهتمام بالتحسين المستمر وتعزيز حوكمة العمليات. إعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج التحليلي الوصفي. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلي نتائج أهمها : أن الهدف الأساسي من تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة إلي جانب نظام الحوكمة في الشركة يتمثل في أن نظام الجودة والحوكمة نظام إدارة لضبط وتحسين الأداء بالشركات ، وأن نظام إدارة الجودة يقوم علي التفكير المبني علي المخاطر ومنهج العمليات وكذلك الحوكمة تقوم علي إدارة المخاطر التشغيلية حيث يهدف النظامين لخفض التكلفة وتحقيق الجودة وضبط الأداء بالشركة. أهم ما تهدف إلية إدارة الجودة الشاملة بوجه عام هو رضا العميل. وبناء علي النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الإهتمام بتطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة لما لديها من منافع كبيرة للشركات وإستقرارها وبقائها وخلق روح التنافس وقبل ذلك ضرورة العمل. العمل علي نشر ثقافة ومفهوم نظام الحوكمة لدي جميع الشركات مما يدعم تبني الممارسات التي تعزز هذا النظام ، بالإضافة للإهتمام العلمي بموضوع تأثير الجودة الشاملة علي الحوكمة من خلال زيادة الدراسات والبحوث في هذا الجانب. Abstract This study aimed to identify the impact of the application of the total quality management system (TQM) on the governance of operations in the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company Ltd., where the research problem was the lack of sufficient knowledge of how to implement the total quality management system and its role in the governance of operations And this problem that the study discusses can be highlighted and then its inability and failure to implement this distinguished global system despite its early beginnings to implement it through the following main question: What is the impact of the application of the total quality management system (TQM) on the governance of operations in the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company Ltd.? The study assumed the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the impact of the application of the quality management system and the governance of operations in the company. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method. The study found the most important results: that the main objective of applying the quality management system in addition to the corporate governance system is that the quality and governance system is a management system to control and improve performance in companies, and that the quality management system is based on risk-based thinking and operations approach, as well as governance based on Operational risk management, as the two systems aim to reduce costs, achieve quality and control performance in the company. The most important objective of total quality management in general is customer satisfaction. And based on the results that were reached, the study recommended the need to pay attention to the application of the total quality management system because of the great benefits it has for companies, their stability and survival, creating a spirit of competition, and before that the necessity of work. Work to spread the culture and concept of the governance system in all companies, which supports the adoption of practices that enhance this system, in addition to scientific interest in the issue of the impact of total quality on governance through increased studies and research in this aspect.
