Item بناء نظام لإدارة مراكز إطفاء الحريق بإستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية(2013) محمد عبد الرحمن محمد شموAbstract This study aims to design managerial system for fire center to enable the decision-makers in the authority civil defense in Khartoum state, to make a sound decision according to the geographical description information that provided by technology information system. This consisting to planning the distribution centers of fire upon to the critical and measure of area and population, the times target, addition to determining the place of accidences, and the short way for arrival. The study tackles the geographical information system according to the concept, technology and applications , then identifying the civil defense , its objectives and fire classification, as the study concluded Khartoum state definition whereas the area and population and the managerial dividing. The study analysis the current system, while the interviews and location analysis, the study found the indicators that clarifying current system damage as centers distribution, determining location of accidence and the arrival to the action. The alternative was to use the area measure and population for distribution centers, and using the maps and the short track technician to get the accidence place. Depending to the results the researcher designed a computerize system for proposed alternatives using (oracle program) to build and control database and (arc gis) for positions or location and maps. Has been linked the digital maps with database to control the location and descriptive inquiring together. The main results ended in the study the distribution strategies of the centers are collectively. The researcher suggested by many necessary recommendations for the resolution of current system most of them depending to the technician of geographical information system in this field and provide more qualified people after the training and courses.
