    Abstract Web design work depends on creativity and building and supporting Web sites . Designed more around the site or developer cares sites easily use the site content and attractive and appropriate for the graphic content and ease of navigation work , research, and other important elements of building a successful site . This study aimed at the application of education and in assisting in the preparation of the teachers lectures in anytime, anywhere , whether text lectures word or power point or books PDF and processing the problem of attendance for the teachers and the students and processing methods used for traditional education This project helped students get lectures from is trouble and to provide all of the effort time and money . It was exceeded limitations of space and time and we used descriptive analytical method and approach and we used dreamweaver and mysql-php program for the design of special e-learning sites and we have to address the problem of attendance for students , professors and easy of e-learning management and we hope to raise the web site and keep up with technological developments .
