    مستخلص البحث جاء هذا البحث بعنوان تكوين الهيئات التشريعية واختصاصاتها في الدستور الانتقالي لسنة 2005م. وقد قسمت هذا البحث إلى أربعة فصول رئيسية على النحول التالي. الفصل‮ ‬الأول: خصصته لدراسة ماهية ‮ ‬الهيئة‮ ‬التشريعية‮ ‬ونشأتها‮ ‬وتطورها‮. الفصل‮ ‬الثاني: خصص هذا الفصل لدراسة تكوين‮ ‬الهيئة‮ ‬التشريعية في النظرية العامة في القانون الدستوري ‮‬الفصل‮ ‬الثالث: تناولت فيه تكوين‮ ‬الهيئات‮ ‬التشريعية‮ ‬في‮ ‬الدستور‮ ‬الانتقالي‮ ‬لسنة‮ 2005م الفصل‮ ‬الرابع: تناولت في هذا الفصل ‮‬إختصاصات‮ ‬الهيئات ‬التشريعية‮ ‬ في الدستور الانتقالي لسنة 2005م. وأخيراً ختمت دراستي بخاتمة شملت ما توصلت إليه من نتائج وما قدمته من توصيات. Abstract The title of this research is: The Formation of Legislative Bodies and their Terms of reference in the Transitional Constitution in year 2005. I divided this research into main chapters as follows: The first chapter this chapter was devoted to the study of the essence of the legislative body, its origin and development. The second chapter this chapter was devoted to the formation of the legislative body in the general theory of constitutional law. The third chapter: I took up un this chapter the formation of the legislative body in the transitional constitution for years 2005. The forth chapter: I took up in this chapter the terms of reference of the legislative bodies in the transitional constitution for year 2005. And lastly I concluded my study by a conclusion that embodied the results which I arrived at, and the recommendations which I presented.
