    أن الأسباب هي ركائز الحكم الواقعية والقانونية وانها هي التي تحدد مدى صحة الحكم، وأنها ضرورية لتأسيس أي حكم قضائي ، وأن الوقائع ترد عادة في ثناياها ، بل أن قرار المحكمة يكون في بعض الأحيان مدرجا ضمن الأسباب. يتفق الفقه الإسلامي مع القانون على ضرورة تسبيب الأحكام بصفة عامة. Abstract Reason of witch the judgment has interdicted conspired as the main corner stones of any lawful and real judgment and it confined how much correct is the judgment also it's necessary to establish any judicial judgment . The cases realities comes implicit and implied in every judgment sometimes the courted decisions implied in the reasons. Islamic opinion agreed with the law, on the importance and necessity of judgment reasoning as the general.
