    واقع الإدارة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية وسبل تطويرها

    المستخلص هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع الإدارة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية وسبل تطويرها. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي, كما اعتمد الباحث على أداة الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات, وكذلك إجراء بعض المقابلات الشخصية, وقد بلغ العدد الكلي لمجتمع البحث (353) فرداً, ولاختيار عينة البحث استخدم الباحث طريقة العينة الطبقية, حيث قام بتقسيم أفراد عينة البحث إلى ثلاث طبقات وفقاً لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي, واستخدم الباحث الطريقة العشوائية البسيطة في اختيار العينة من كل طبقة. وتوصل الباحث إلى جملة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: 1- أن واقع ممارسة الإدارة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية, وبشكل عام كانت بدرجة ضعيفة. 2- أن معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية, كانت بدرجة متوسطة. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحث عدداً من التوصيات, كما وضع تصوراً مقترحاً لتطوير الإدارة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية. Abstract The Reality of the Strategic Management in Yemeni public Universities and Ways of Development The goal of this research is to identify the reality of the strategic management in Yemeni public universities and ways of development. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach; also the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection and information, also the researcher made some personal interviews. The total number of the population was 353 members; therefore to select the study sample, the researcher used the stratified sampling method. The most important results of this research are: That reality of the practice of the strategic management in the Yemeni public universities, and indicated weak degree. and The obstacles to the application of the strategic management in the Yemeni public universities were in medium level. According to the research results, the researcher introduced some recommendations and presented a suggested model for developing the strategic management in Yemeni publicuniversities.
