    مساهمة قطاع الثروة الحيوانية في الصادرات السودانية للفـــترة (2004-2014م)

    المستخلص تناول البحث مساهمة صادرات الثروة الحيوانية في الصادرات الكلية في السودان خلال الفترة (2004م -2014م)، ويهدف البحث إلى معرفة مساهمة صادرات الثروة الحيوانية في الصادرات الكلية في السودان، كما يهدف إلى توضيح سياسات الصادر والمشاكل والمعوقات التي تواجه قطاع الصادر. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في انه على الرغم من كبر حجم قطاع الثروة الحيوانية وإرتفاع نسبة العمالة فيه بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ، إلا أن مساهمته التى تمثل حوالي 19% من أجمالي الصادرات الكلية تعتبر ضئيلة مقارنة بحجم قطاع الثروة الحيوانية. افترض البحث ان هناك علاقة بين زيادة أعداد الثروة الحيوانية وزيادة صادرات الثروة الحيوانية ، سياسات الصادرات السودانية لم تؤدي إلى زيادة مساهمة قطاع الثروة الحيوانية فى القطاع الزراعي. انتهجت الدراسه المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي فى الجانب النظري والتحليلي لتحليل البيانات والمعلومات ، من أهم النتائج أن قطاع الثروة الحيوانية يعاني الإهمال من حيث البنية التحتية وعدم توفير التمويل وإرتفاع هوامش التمويل، ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة إنشاء أسواق قومية تعنى بتسويق الماشية واللحوم وإعادة وتأهيل البنية التحتية، وإلغاء أو تخفيض الرسوم والضرائب ودعم مدخلات الانتاج ،وتوفير التمويل الكافى لقطاع الثروة الحيوانية وصادرها . Abstract The research tackles animal wealth contribution to Sudan total Exports within the period (2004-2014). It further targets to find out animal wealth Contribution to the total exports in sudan, It also aims to clarify export policies problems and setbacks which encounter exports sector. The research major problem can be represented as follows inspite of the huge volume of animal wealth sector, together with the rise in labor proportion relatively either directly or in directly the participation which represents 19% from the total Exports is considered apoor contribution proportion compared to the volume of animal wealth sector . The research suggests the existence of a relationship between the increase in animal wealth with the maximization in the export of animal wealth sudan export policies have not led to increase the participation of animal wealth to the agricultural sector. This study adopts the analytical and historical approach in the theoratic and analytic side of data and information analysis . Among the research mojor findings we find that animal wealth sector suffers from negligence, interms of infrastructure unavailability finance and the high cost of finance . The recommendations provided, here are national markets establishment designated for marketing meat and cattle, rehabilitation of busic infrastructure and conce llaliono reduction for taxes and fees and finally providing enough finance negarding animal weatlhsector and its export aswell.
