    المرونة النفسية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملات بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية كرري

    المستخلص يهدف البحث للتعرف على المرونة النفسية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملات بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية كرري ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي حيث بلغ حجم العينة ( 60 ) عاملة تم إختيارهن من بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ولجمع البيانات إستخدم الباحث مقياس المرونة النفسية من أعداد محمد عصام (2015) ، مقياس الرضا الوظيفي من أعداد منال حسن (2011)، وتم تحليل البيانات بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية برنامج spss . واعتمد الباحث على اختبار بيرسون ، اختبار ( ت ) لمجتمع واحد ، اختبار ( ت ) لعينتين مستقلتين وتحليل التباين الاحادي ، والنتائج التي توصل لها هي تتسم المرونة النفسية لدى العاملات في مراكز التربية الخاصة بالإرتفاع ، يتسم الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملات في مراكز التربية الخاصة بالإرتفاع ، توجد علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين المرونة النفسية والرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملات في مراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية كرري ، توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في المرونة النفسية لدى العاملات في مراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية كرري تبعا لمتغير العمر ، لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في المرونة النفسية لدى العاملات في مراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية كرري تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ، كما وضع الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات بناءا إلى ما توصل إليه من نتائج ومن اهم التوصيات الحفاظ على مستوى المرونة النفسية لدى العاملات بمراكز التربية الخاصة من خلال تهيئة البيئة العملية المناسبة ومراعاة احوالهن الشخصية والاجتماعية. Abstract The aim of the research was to identify psychological flexibility and its relation to job satisfaction among women working in special education centres in Karari. To achieve this goal, the researcher followed a descriptive, relational methodology, where the sample size was 60 workers selected in a simple random manner. To collect data, the researcher used a psychological resilience measure prepared by Mohammed Essam (2015) and a job satisfaction measure prepared by Manal Hassan (2011).The data were analyzed using the Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences program (PASS). The researcher based on the Pearson test, the T test for one community, the T test for two independent samples and the single variation analysis, and the researcher came to several conclusions, namely that the psychological resilience of female workers in the special education centers for the height, the job satisfaction of female workers in the special education centers for the height, there is a statistically significant correlation between psychological resilience and job satisfaction among female workers in the special education centers for the Karari district, there are statistically significant differences in psychological resilience among female workers in the special education centers for the Karari district according to the age variable, there are no statistically significant differences in the psychological resilience of female workers in the special education centres for the Karari district according to the variability of years of experience. The researcher also made a set of recommendations based on the most important findings of the psychological and social resilience centres for the psychological and respecting the environment in the individual and the process.
