    المستخلص تناولت الدراسة التحليل الاستراتيجي للتكاليف ودوره في ترشيد القرارات الادارية، وهدفت الدراسة الي التعرف علي مفهوم واهمية التحليل الاستراتيجي للتكاليف، والوقوف علي مفهوم وانواع ومراحل اتخاذ القرارات الادارية ومن النتائج التي توصلت اليها، وجود علاقة طردية بين التحليل الاستراتيجي للتكاليف وترشيد القرارات الادارية واعتماد التحليل الاستراتيجي للتكاليف علي تحليل سلسلة القيمة في تحديد القيمة التي يضيفها كل نشاط داخل السلسلة للمنتج او الخدمة. الكلمات المفتاحية :الموقف الاستراتيجي ، سلاسل القيمة ، مسببات التكلفة . Abstract The study dealt with the role ofthe strategic analysis of the costs of the rationalizing of administrative decisions. The study aimed to identify the concept and importance of strategic cost analysis, and to understand the concept, types and stages of administrative decision-making and its findings. There is a direct relationship between strategic analysis of costs, rationalizing administrative decisions and adopting strategic cost analysis to analyze the value chain in determining the value added by each activity within the chain of the product or service.
