    تطويرعمل المحوّل البنكي للأنشطة الإلكترونية

    المستخلص هناك صعوبة فى تكاملية ربط الأنشطة الإلكنرونية مثل التجارة، الأعمال والحكومة الإلكترونية بالأنظمة البنكية، يهدف هذا النظام إلى تسهيل وتسريع عملية الربط وذلك بتوفير محوّل بنكى يقوم بهذه العملية عن طريق تقنية برمجية. تم إستخدام بروتوكول TCP/IP فى عمليات الإتصال وتقنية ISO8583 لتحديد شكل الرسالة المتبادلة بين البنوك وهي توضح كل الحقول التى تحتويها الرسالة الرسالة سواء كانت مرسلة أو مستقبلة فهي تعرف شكل الرسائل المتبادلة فى المعاملات بين الأنظمة البنكية المختلفة وتوفير السرية اللازمة وذلك بإستخدام بروتوكولات مختلفة .كما أستخدمت لغة Visual Basic.net لبناء نموذج الخادم والعميل وأيضا أستخدمت my SQL server لقاعدة بيانات الصفحة الإلكترونية. كما أستخدمت تقنية JSP لتكون صفحات الويب ديناميكية. يهدف هذا النظام لأن يقوم المحوّل بإستلام الرسالة القادمة من موقع التجارة الإلكترونية وإرسالها إلى البنك المركزى للتحقق من معلومات المستخدم، بدوره يقوم البنك المركزى بالتأكد من وجود حساب لدى العميل ثم يتأكد من أن رصيده يكفي لإجراء عملية الشراء ثم يتم سحب المبلغ من حساب العميل وإرجاع رسالة إلى المحوّل بأن العملية إكتملت أو لم تكتمل لعدم وجود حساب لدى العميل أو أن رصيده غير كافي. كما يهدف لأن يوفر النظام سرية كاملة لبيانات المستخدم فى عمليات التحويل ويرسل تقرير بكل العمليات التى حدثت... (د) Abstract There is difficulty in integrative electronic activities such as trade, business and e-government banking regulations, this system aims to facilitate and accelerate the process of connectivity and providing a bank doing the adapter process through software technology.
