    المستخلص تناولت الدراسة القياس والإفصاح المحاسبي لتكلفة رأس المال الفكري وأثره علي دعم الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصناعية ،حيث أن مشكلة الدراسة تتمثلت في ان تكلفة رأس المال الفكري مصدر مهم من مصادر القيمة للمؤسسات الصناعية وينعكس أثره علي دعم الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات المصرفية وقد صاغت الباحثة المشكلة في التساؤلات التالية، هل توجد علاقة بين رأس المال التنظيمي و دعم الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصناعية،هل توجد علاقة بين رأس المال البشري و دعم الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصناعية،هل توجد علاقة بين رأس المال الزبوني و دعم الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصناعية، وقد هدفت الدراسة التعرف علي، العلاقة بين رأس المال التنظيمي وبين دعم الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصناعية، بيان العلاقة بين رأس المال البشري وبين دعم الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصناعية، التعرف علي العلاقة بين رأس المال الزبوني وبين دعم الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصناعية، ومن اهم النتايج التي توصلت لها الدراسة، التكامل بين رأس المال التنظيمي والهيكلي يؤدي إلي دعم الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسات الصناعية،يعتبر تعيين العمال الموهوبين عنصرا مهما لدعم الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسات الصناعية، كما توصي الدراسة، ضرورة تعيين العمال الموهوبين والمهرة والذي يمثل عنصرا مهما لدعم الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسات الصناعية، ضرورة تقوية وترسيخ أسس الولاء المنظمي للعاملين الموهوبين مما تؤدي إلي دعم الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصناعية، ضرورة تشجيع العاملين وتحفيزهم علي الانضمام لبرامج التدريب وتشارك المعرفة مما يؤدي إلي دعم الميزة التنافسية.
