    نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية

    المستخلص تناولت الدراسة نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في بنك الخرطوم، هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في بنك الخرطوم الرئاسة، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال التالي ما دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية وتفرع منه عدة أسئلة أهمها لأي مدى تؤثر توفر شبكات الإتصالات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية؟، هل العنصر البشري يؤثر في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ومن أهم فروض الدراسة، توجد علاقة وأثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين شبكات الإتصالات وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، توجد علاقة وأثر ذات دلالة إحصائية عند توفر قواعد البيانات وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية. أعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي واستخدم برنامج (spss) الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات وتم استخدام الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية للدراسة. اظهرت الدراسة عدة نتائج من أهمها: أثبتت الدراسة أن شبكات الإتصالات تساهم في أكتساب الميزة التنافسية في بنك الخرطوم بنسبة ارتباط 0.59%، تم التوصل إلى أن قواعد البيانات تؤثر بصورة كبيرة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بنسبة 0.48%. ومن اهم ما أوصت به الدراسة العمل على تعزيز حالة شبكة الإتصالات في بنك الخرطوم، يجب على بنك الخرطوم العمل على حماية قاعدة بياناته وعمل نسخ إحتياطية، على بنك الخرطوم الإهتمام بعملية التدريب بصورة مستمرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: نظم المعلومات الإدارية (شبكات الاتصالات، قواعد البيانات، الأفراد، البرمجيات)، الميزة التنافسية. Abstract This study deals with the Management information systems the role in achieving the competitive advantage at Bank of Khartoum. This study aims at getting acquainted with the role played by the Management information systems in achieving the competitive advantage at Bank of Khartoum , Main Center. The study problem lies in the following question: What is the role of the administrative information systems in achieving the competitive advantage? Many questions branched out. The most important of such branches is: " To what extent do the communication networks influence the achievement of competitive advantage?" Does the human element influence the competitive advantage?. One of the most important hypotheses of the study says : there is an influence and a statistical significance between the communication networks and achievement of competitive advantage, and there is an influence and a statistical significance between the availability of databases and achievement of competitive advantage. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach and the statistical program (spss) to analyze data and a questionnaire was used as a main instrument of the study. The study reached several conclusions the most important of which is that the study revealed that the communication networks contributed to the acquirement of the competitive advantage at Bank of Khartoum with a correlation percentage of 0.59% . It concluded that the databases significantly influence the achievement of competitive advantage with a percentage of 0.48%. One of the most impotent recommendations is to promote the state of the communication network at Bank of Khartoum. Bank of Khartoum must protect its databases and make backup copies and it must work on continuous training process.
