    المستخلص يهدف هذا البحث الي توفير الوقت لدى العاملين أثناء البحث عن المقاعد الفارغة و تسهيل عملية الحجز لدى الزبائن و إقامة نظام ذو واجهات قوية تدعم النظام القائم لدى شركات الطيران و التوزيع الأوتوماتيكي للمقاعد, تنظيم التقارير للحصول على تقارير واضحة و تحقيق مستويات متعددة من الصلاحيات و الأمنية امكانية الحجز والدفع الإلكتروني و التعديل ومعرفه جداول الرحلات و توفير خدمة العملاء علي مدار اليوم وتكمن المشكلة في الوقت الضائع في عملية البحث عن المقاعد الفارغة والتوزيع العشوائي للمقاعد و تأخير معاملات الحجز لدى الزبائن واجهات النظام لا تمتاز بالرونق والتقارير محدودة وغير واضحة وضعف الأمنية و قلة الصلاحيات. وأهميته في إن الاستخدام الأمثل لتقنية المعلومات وتطبيق مفاهيم التجارة الالكترونية في مجال إدارة الحجز الآلي لشركات الطيران كذلك الاستفادة من مزايا قواعد البيانات الموزعة في الربط بين المراكز المختلفة والإدارة العامة يسهم في إدارة النظام بصورة فعالة بالإضافة إلى تقديم الخدمات للزبائن بأفضل شكل ممكن مع الاستخدام الأمثل للوقت و المال و الجهد وتكمن أهمية البحث في إدارة وتطبيق الحجز الآلي بصورة تحقق السرعة المطلوبة لإنجاز إجراءات العمل بكفاءة عالية وبتكلفة مالية مناسبة, وكذلك دفع ثمن التذاكر بطريقة منظمة وآمنة تتيح للزبون دفع ثمن التذكرة بالطريقة التي تناسبه وفي الوقت المناسب. المنهجية المتبعة هي الاسلوب الكائني في عملية التحليل واستخدام ADF هو عبارة عن مكتبة اكواد برمجية جاهزة للاستخدام تساعد المبرمجين علي اداء البرمجية بسرعة اكبر وجهد اقل جهد مع توفير الاحترافية في العمل ,ADF بالطبع محتاج IDE وهي بنية وهو عبارة عن اكواد جاهذة للاستخدام. واهم النتائج هي الوضوح وسهولة الفهم والاستخدام و الموقع ذات امنية عالية و امكانيات ومزايا اضافية للحجز تتيح للمستخدم امكانية البحث عن الرحلات والحجز و تغير وتعديل في بيانات الحجز و توفير الوقت في البحث عن الرحلات و سهولة العمليات الادارية و تقليل عدد الموظفين و سهولة البحث عن الرحلات. وبعض التوصيات اضافة معلومات ارشادية وسياحية عن جهة الوصول و اضافة دليل شامل عن اهم المدن و المعالم السياحية والاثرية في دولة الوصول و تقديم خدمات اضافية مثل(خدمات حجز الفنادق-ايجار السيارات- تامين السفر- خدمات النقل وشحن البضائع). Abstract .
