    تصميم نظام لإدارة السجلات الطبية عبر الانترنت واستخدام خدمة الرسائل النصية SMS للتواصل مع المرضى (بالتطبيق على مستشفى كنانة)

    الملخص ترتكز اهمية نظم السجلات في كونها احد النظم الاحصائية التى تستفيد منها المؤسسات الصحية والعلاجية في استخراج سجلات المرضى ونسبة الامراض والاماكن ذات الحاجه الى ادوية معينه او اتخاذ اجراءات طارئه بخصوص مرض او كارثه بيئية ويناقش هذا البحث سجلات المرضى الذى قمنا فيه بإعداد نموذج متكامل حيث كان جزء البحث الاول يحتوى على مشكلة البحث والحلول المقترحة واهداف البحث واهمية البحث وهيكل البحث ثم تحدثنا عن الاطار النظري للبحث الذى تحدث عن السجلات الرقمية والمستشفيات الكترونية واهمية نظم المستشفيات الالكترونية وبعد ذلك قمنا بتحليل النظام وذلك بإعداد تحليل المخرجات وتحيل المدخلات وتحيل البيئة وتحليل الامنية وتحليل البرمجيات المستخدمة . ثم قمنا بتجهيز المخططات ورسم مخطط البحث وبعد ذلك تصميم الجداول وقاموس البيانات . ومن أهم نتائج هذا البحث أنه سهل عملية تقديم الخدمة عن طريق الويب حيث إختصر الكثير من الوقت و الجهد و من النتائج ايضاً انه سهل عملية إدارة السجلات الطبية و ساعد في حفظها و ترتيبها بحيث تسهل عملية إسترجاعها لاحقاً . ABSTRACT Based significance of record systems in being one statistical system and heath institution therapeutic benefit in patient records and the proportion of disease and possible with the need for certain medication or take emergency measures regarding the diseases or environmental disaster . We have prepared a search for patient that we have the preparation of integrated model where the research was the first part contains the research problem and proposed solution and objectives of the research and the importance of research and the structure of the research and then we talk about the theoretical framework of the research, who spoke about the digital records, and hospital and electronic importance of electronic hospital system and after therefore, we analyzed the system where we have prepared output analysis and the analysis of input and analysis of the environment and security analysis and analysis software used. But after may have prepared plans and draw up a blueprint of research and then design table and data dictionary. One of the most important results of this research is that it facilitated the process of providing the service through the web, where it reduced much time and effort, and the results also facilitated the process of managing medical records and helped to save and arrange them so as to facilitate retrieval later.
