    المستخلص تناول البحث دور إدارة المعرفة في جودة القرارات الإدارية "دراسة تطبيقية في مجموعة شركة جياد الصناعية "وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في سد الفجوات المتعلقة بإدارة المعرفة حيث يتطلب نجاح المنشآت السودانية مواكبة كل ما هو جديد في الإدارة وفي قدرتها على توظيف أنشطتها حيث يمكن صياغة مشكلة البحث في التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: دور إدارة المعرفة في جودة القرارات الإدارية؟ ويتفرع منه الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: هل يؤثر توليد المعرفة في المستوي التنظيمي لجودة القرارات الإدارية؟ هل يؤثر استثمار المعرفة في المستوي التنظيمي لجودة القرارات الإدارية؟ هل يؤثر توزيع المعرفة في المستوى التنظيمي لجودة القرارات الإدارية؟ يسعي البحث إلي تحديد الأهداف منها معرفة دور إدارة المعرفة في جودة القرارات الإدارية، معرفة مستوى إدارة المعرفة وتأثيره في جودة القرارات الإدارية لدى العاملين في مجموعة جياد الصناعية ،تحديد العناصر التي ترتكز عليها إدارة المعرفة من تطبيق جودة القرارات الإدارية. تمثلت أهمية الدراسة بالاتي تزويد وتعريف متخذي القرارات في مجموعة جياد الصناعية بمفهوم وأهمية إدارة المعرفة في جودة القرارات الإدارية وتحقيق أهداف مجموعة جياد الصناعية وتميزها في العمل، الوصول إلي مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات التي تساعد في حل المشاكل المتعلقة بالبحث، الإسهام في تطوير مجموعة جياد الصناعية ورفع كفاءة أدائها وتميزها من خلال إتباع أفضل الطرق. أتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليل باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، أختبر البحث عدد من الفروض منها هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توليد المعرفة على المستوي التنظيمي لجودة القرارات الإدارية، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استثمار المعرفة على المستوي التنظيمي لجودة القرارات الإدارية،هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توزيع المعرفة على المستوي التنظيمي لجودة القرارات الإدارية. توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها توليد المعرفة لتؤكد المنشأة اعتماد فلسفة تشجع الإبداع الداخلي من دون تقليد الآخرين،تتم عمليات تخزين البيانات والمعلومات بالطريقة الكتابية اليدوية، تتم متابعة القرارات الإدارية بعد اتخاذها يؤدي لجودة القرارات المتخذة توصل البحث إلى عدد من التوصيات منها لابد من أن تعتمد المنشأة برامج تدريبية تكسب العامين معرفة جديدة ومهارات، أوصي بأن تستخدم المنشأة قواعد بيانات في تخزين المعرفة الظاهرة واسترجاعها ، مراقبة الزمن المستغرق في عملية إتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، معالجة الصعوبات التي تواجه المديرين في عملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. Abstract The research dealt with the role of knowledge management in the quality of administrative decisions "an applied study in the Giad Industrial Group" The problem of the study is to fill the gaps related to knowledge management where the success of Sudanese enterprises requires keeping abreast of what is new in the administration and its ability to employ its activities. The following key question: the role of knowledge management in the quality of management decisions? It is subdivided into the following sub-questions: Does knowledge generation affect the organizational level of the quality of management decisions? Does knowledge investment affect the organizational level of the quality of management decisions? Does the distribution of knowledge affect the organizational level of the quality of management decisions? The research aims to identify the objectives of knowledge management role in the quality of administrative decisions, knowledge of the level of knowledge management and its impact on the quality of administrative decisions of the employees of the Giad Industrial Group, identify the elements that underpin knowledge management from the application of quality management decisions. The importance of the study was to provide and inform decision makers in GIAD on the concept and importance of knowledge management in the quality of management decisions and achieve the goals and excellence of GIAD in the work, to reach a set of results and recommendations that help in solving the problems related to research, contribute to the development of GIAD and raise Efficient performance and excellence by following the best methods. The study followed a descriptive approach analysis using the statistical package of social sciences SPSS, the research tested a number of hypotheses of which there is a statistically significant relationship between the generation of knowledge at the organizational level of the quality of administrative decisions, there is a statistically significant relationship between the investment of knowledge at the organizational level of the quality of administrative decisions, there is a relationship Statistically significant between the distribution of knowledge at the organizational level of the quality of administrative decisions. The research reached a number of results, including the generation of knowledge to confirm the establishment adopting a philosophy that encourages internal creativity without imitating others. The research reached a number of recommendations, including the need for the establishment of training programs to acquire two years of new knowledge and skills, I recommend that the facility uses databases to store and retrieve the apparent knowledge, monitor the time spent in the process of management decision-making, address the difficulties faced by managers in the decision-making process Administrative.
