    أثر المنظمات الطوعية الأجنبية في إحداث التغير الاجتماعي (دراسة وصفية تحليلية في مجتمع محلية هبيلا بولاية غرب دارفور)

    مستخلص البحث تناول البحث معرفة أثر المنظمات الطوعية الأجنبية على التغير الاجتماعي، دارسة مظاهر التغير في مجتمع محلية هبيلا بولاية غرب دارفور من خلال تقديم الخدمات لأولئك المتضررين من الحروبات. وهدف البحث إلى تحليل الدور الذي قامت به منظمة برنامج الغذاء العالمي (WFP) في إحداث وتنفيذ برامج التنمية البشرية، ورصد حركة هذا التغير سلباً أو إيجاباً. وضم البحث تساؤل رئيسي تمثل في: ما أثر المنظمات الطوعية الأجنبية في إحداث التغير الاجتماعي بمحلية هبيلا؟ وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف العلاقة بين المنظمات ومجتمع البحث، وقد بلغ حجم العينة (100) مبحوثاً باستخدام العينة العشوائية غير المنتظمة. وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: ارتفاع مستوى التعليم والوعي وارتباط ذلك بالتغير الذي طرأ على نمط النشاط الاقتصادي وما نتج عنه من تغير وظائف ودور الأسرة، عملت منظمة برنامج الغذاء العالمي من خلال برامجها على ربط المزارع بالسوق عبر الجمعيات الزراعية، وأيضاًً قدمت البذور والدعم المادي للإرشاد الزراعي بواسطة الوزارة. وقد خرج البحث بعدة توصيات من أهمها: ضرورة إجراء بحوث اجتماعية وانثروبولوجية عن قرى دارفور لكثير من الظواهر والمشكلات الاجتماعية من أجل الاستفادة منها في معالجة ما يفرزه التغير الاجتماعي من مشكلات، وتوجيه خطط التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وفق توجهات السكان وتطلعاتهم في المجتمع المتغير، ضرورة تقوية المؤسسات والجهات الأخرى التي تعمل في المجال التطوعي حتى تكون محل ثقة بالنسبة لمجتمع البحث. Abstract The research tacked to know about foreign voluntary organization social impact, and analytical descriptive in Habilah society in west Darfur state thought presenting services for whom affected by wars. The research aimed to analyzing the role made by (WFP) in take place and implementing social development program and observation the movement of this change negatively or positively . The research include key query presented in: What the foreign voluntary organization import in asking social changes in Habilah society and used the prescriptive approach method to describe the relation between research society and organization, and the sample is amount to (100) subjects by using organized and random sample. The research is reaching to many results one of the importance: increasing the level of awareness and education in what regards to that change which is place in social activity sort and in what result family role and functions. Programs to connect the farmer with market thought agricultural society, and also presented seeds financial support for agricultural instructionvia ministry. The research is come out by many recommendations one of the importance: the necessary of procedure social researches and anthropology about Darfur villages for many phenomenal social problems in order to penifet to deal in what resulting from variable society problems and direction economic and developmental plans, according to populations orientations in and aspiration in variable society and necessary to enhancement of institutions and another directions which is working in voluntary work in order to be a trust worthy for the research society.
