    صعوبات استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والطلبة وتصور مقترح لعلاجها

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الصعوبات التي تواجه استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والطلبة، وتصور مقترح لعلاجها. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استبانتين الأولي مكونة من (30) فقرة للحصول على البيانات الخاصة بأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، والثانية مكونة من (30) فقرة للحصول على البيانات الخاصة بالطلبة، حيث قام بتطبيقها على عينة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى بلغ عددهم (73) عضواً، وعينة من الطلبة بلغ عددهم (120) طالباً. وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي. وبعد التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن الصعوبات التي تواجه استخدم التعليم الإلكتروني في كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى كما يراها أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية جاءت بمتوسط قدره (3.52) وبنسبة قدرها (%63.69). أن الصعوبات التي تواجه استخدم التعليم الإلكتروني في كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى كما يراها الطلبة جاءت بمتوسط قدره (3.29) وبنسبة قدرها (%65.87). ويوجد اتفاق بين الطلبة وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية عند مستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.05 ≥α). في الصعوبات التي تواجه استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى جاءت بنسبة قدرها (%96). الكلمات المفتاحية: الصعوبات – التعليم الإلكتروني – كلية التربية – جامعة الأقصى – أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية - الطلبة. Abstract The present study aims to discover the difficulties facing the use of e-learning in the faculty of education at Al-Aqsa University, from the point of view of faculty members and students, and propose a proposal for treatment. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed the initial questionnaires, consists of (30) paragraphs to obtain data for the members of the faculty. And the second consists of (30) paragraphs to obtain data for students. Where the applied to a sample of faculty members in the faculty of education at Al-Aqsa university, numbering (73) members. A sample of the student numbered (120) students. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach after the statistical analysis data, the study reached the following results: that the difficulties facing the use of e-learning at the faculty of education at Al-Aqsa university as seen by the faculty members came at an average of (3.52) and (63.69%). that the difficulties facing the use of e-learning at the faculty of education at Al-Aqsa university as seen by the students, came at an average of (3.29) and (65.87%). There is agreement between students and faculty members at a statistical significance (α≤ 0.05) in the difficulties facing the use of e-learning at the faculty of education at Al-Aqsa University by (96%).
