    أثر الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشر على التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان

    The study tackles the estimation of foreign investment function in Sudan during (1989 - 2012). the most important results that has been achieved is that the investment considers as basic determinant in development and the political stability has great effect in development operation and economic growth in Sudan. The study recommended that work through stable of economic and financial policies and security stability in Sudan, The study also addressed the situation of foreign direct investments, Al Rajhi Projects for Agricultural Efficiency, and we determined that Al Rajhi Projects plays an effective role in economic development and GDP, It has increased the level of person income despite the fact that the improvement is weak in the standard of living. It dealt with a number of recommendations such as reviewing the investment laws, linked the investment with the labor's law and increases the government's seriousness in increasing investments by overcoming all obstacles

    الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في السودان دراسة حالة مشاريع الراجحي للكفاءة الزراعية بولاية نهر النيل (بربر)

    مستخلص الدراسة الهدف الريئيسي لدراسة هذا البحث وصف وتحليل الستثمارات دراسة حالة مشروع الكفاءة الزراعية بولية نهر النيل (بربر). وحاول البحث تحقيق عدد من الفرضيات أهمها: ا الستثمارات الجنبية المباشرة تؤثر ا مباشرً على التنمية تأثيرً القتصادية ومشروعات الراجحي للكفاءة الزراعية بولية نهر النيل كدراسة حالة كإحدى اكبر المشروعات التنموية الكبرى في السودان، كذلك الستثمارات الجنبية ذات أثر فعال على الناتج المحلي الجمالي وأسعار الصرف وتكلفة التمويل. واستخدم التحليل الوصفي الحصايئي وتحليل البيانات الكمية والنوعية واستخدام الستبانة في تحليل المشروع. ومصدر المعلومات من موقع الدراسة وتم تحليل الستبانة وتفريغ البيانات، وقد تول الباحث لعدة نتايئج أهمها: ضعف جدوى المشروعات على مستوى دخل الفرد مما يقلل من جدوى المشروعات من الناحية الجزيئية. 3 وأوصى الباحث بجملة من التوصيات والجراءات التي تهدف لتحسين وضع الفرد في المشروعات الستثمارية منها مراجعة قانون الستثمار وتكوين لجنة من الدول لمتابعة الستثمارات الجنبية وقياس مدى نجاحها وربط قانون العمل بقانون الستثمار لمتابعة أحوال العمالة الجنبية والسودانية. Abstract The main objective of this research study is to describe and analyze investments, state agricultural efficiency project in River Nile State study (Barbr). Using descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and using questionnaire in project analysis. The researcher reached for several recommendations and most important results of the project with a significant impact on the GDP, but its impact is weak on improving the level of per capita income and difficulty of deportation and high costs lead to higher product prices and exchange rate fluctuations affect the level of foreign investment. This search Find and recommend a set of procedures and policies that aim to improve the status of individual in investment projects.

    تقدير دالة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في السودان للفترة من 1989م – 2007م

    Abstract The study conducted in Sudan about Direct Foreign Investment during period (1989-2007), the problem of study acted in reducing of Sudan local resources , the importance of study came from the additional value for foreign investment in economic activation , the study aimed to estimate the foreign investment function in Sudan during period of (1989-2007) and discover the obstacle of foreign investment , the study summed that (Gross Domestic Product , Securities , Exchange rate , Financing Cost) affect on direct foreign investment. The study followed the analytical descriptive approach to describe the study phenomena , and depended mainly on secondary data which introduced from related corporation reports. The study achieved to more results ass the increasing in (GDP) one unit lead to increase foreign direct investment by rate of (1651.5) which match with economic theory. The decreasing of exchange rate one limit lead to increase the foreign investment by rate of (2929.9) which match with economic theory. مستخلص الدراسة أجريت هذه الدراسة في السودان عن الاستثمار المباشر خلال الفترة (1989 -2007.( م تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في وجود قصور في موارد السودان المحلية ، وجاءت أهمية هذه الدراسة من خلال القيمة الإضافية للاستثمار الأجنبي في تفعيل النشاط الاقتصادي ، وهدفت لتقدير دالة الاستثمار في السودان خلال الفترة (1989-2007 (وكذلك معوقات الاستثمار الأجنبي ، وافترضت الدراسة أن متغيرات (الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ، سعر الصرف، وتكلفة التمويل) ذات أثر على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر . اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل ووصف الظاهرة محل الدراسة ، واعتمدت بصورة أساسية على البيانات الثانوية المستمدة من تقارير المؤسسات ذات الصلة .
