    المستخلص يهدف هذا البحث الحالي للتعرف علي مهارات التواصل وعلاقتها بالاتزان الانفعالي لدي الاخصائيين النفسانيين بولاية الخرطوم.ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي من خلال بناء مقياسي مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي والاتزان الانفعالي ليستخدما كأداتين لجمع المعلومات من عينة بلغ حجمها (120) اخصائي نفسي العاملين بالمستشفيات والمراكز النفسية بولاية الخرطوم ، حيث تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وبعد جمع البيانات تمت معالجتها باستخدم بعض المعادلات الإحصائية المتمثلة في اختبار (ت) لمتوسط مجتمع واحد ، اختبار (ت) لمجموعتي مستقلتين ، معامل ارتباط بيرسون ، التابعة للحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وقد خلص البحث بعد التحليل إلي النتائج التالية: تتميز مهارات التواصل لدي الاخصائيين النفسانيين بالارتفاع. يتميز الاتزان الانفعالي لدي الاخصائيين النفسانيين بالارتفاع. وجود فروق بين الذكور والاناث في مهارات التواصل. وجود فروق بين الذكور والاناث في الاتزان الانفعالي. لا توجد علاقة ارتباط بين مهارات التواصل ومتغير العمر. لا توجد علاقة ارتباط بين الاتزان الانفعالي ومتغير العمر. لا توجد علاقة ارتباط بين مهارات التواصل والاتزان الانفعالي. وكما تمت مناقشة النتائج بناءً علي الادبيات التي وفرها الاطار النظري والدراسات السابقة وكما قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات البحثية. Abstract This research aims at Knowing the communication skills and its relation with emotional blananong the psychologists in Khartoum state. The researcher used the descriptive correlative , comparative – causal method . The size of the sample , was (120) psychologists ( Males and Females) . Their age group ranged between ( 21 – 50) years They ware chosen according to the simple random sample method. The researcher applied the tools of measurements ( Communication skills , scale and Emotional balance scale). The data manipulated by computer applying the statistical package for social sciences ( SPSS). The research finding summarized as follows: The communication skills and the emotional balance among the psychologists in Khartoum State is described as high. There is differences between males and females in communication skills and the emotional balance. There is no significant correlation coefficient between communication skills and the emotional balance also There is no significant correlation coefficient between communication skills and the age and between Emotional balance and age. Finally recommendations and suggestions for further future studies have been listed.

    Abstract This research aimed to exploring the social communication skills among blind People and it is a relationship between thinking styles and self-confidence. The researcher used the correlation descriptive method, through designing tests including ,social communication skills, thinking styles, tests as data collecting strumpets from sample consist of (294) blind people, (156) males, and (138) females. The sample selected randomly. The data was analyzed by SPSS including: T-test one sample and two independent samples, Person correlation, and one way (ANOVA). The study results revealed that: The social communication skills ,thinking styles and self- confidence among blind people is high, There is no correlation relationships between social communication skills and thinking styles, also there are no correlation relationship between thinking styles and self-confidence, there is no correlation relationships between communication skills and self- confidence. The researcher presented some recommendations and future research suggestions.
