    اتجاهات طلاب كليات التربية بجامعتي كردفان والدلنج نحو مهنة التدريس وعلاقتها بالتحصيل الدراسي

    مستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث الى معرفة العلاقة بين اتجاهات طلاب كليات التربية نحو مهنة التدريس والتحصيل الدراسى بجامعتى كردفان والدلنج ، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى وقد بلغت عينة البحث (۲۰۰) طالب وطالبة جرى سحبها من مجتمع الدراسة الاصلى البالغ عددها (۲۰۰۰) طالب وطالبة وتم استخدام مقياس الاتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس من تصميم الباحث ونتائج التحصيل الدراسى التى تم اخذها من السجل الاكاديمى للطلاب وبعد تطبيق المقياس قام الباحث بتحليل البيانات واستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والنسب المئوية باستخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية (SPSS) وجاءت النتائج على النحو التالى : 1- تتسم اتجاهات طلاب كليات التربية بجامعتى كردفان والدلنج بالايجابية 2- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية فى الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس والتحصيل الدراسى . 3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فى الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس تُعزى للنوع (ذكور ، إناث) 4- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فى الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس بين الطلاب والطالبات تبعاً للمستوى الدراسى (لصالح الذكور). 5- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فى الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس تُعزى للتخصص (علمى – أدبى) لصالح القسم الادبى .   Abstract The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between the attitudes of students of the faculties of education towards the teaching profession and academic achievement in Kordofan and Dilling universities. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. Trends towards teaching profession from researcher design and academic achievement results taken from students' academic record. After applying the scale, the researcher analyzed the data and extracted the arithmetic averages and percentages using the statistical packages program (SPSS). The results are as follows: 1- The attitudes of students of the faculties of education in Kordofan and Dilling universities are positive 2 - There is a statistically significant relationship in the direction towards the teaching profession and academic achievement. 3. There are statistically significant differences in the attitudes towards the teaching profession attributable to gender (males, females). 4 - There are statistically significant differences in the trend towards the teaching profession between male and female students according to the academic level (in favor of males). 5 - There are statistically significant differences in the direction towards the teaching profession attributed to specialization (scientific - literary) for the benefit of the literary section.
