التغير في انماط استخدام الارض في محافظة الخرطوم بحري للفترة من ( 1980 – 2007م )

مستخلص البحث تناول البحث استخدامات الأرض في محافظة بحري في الفترة من 1960م-2007 م وذلك لمعرفة التغيرات التي طرأت عليها و محاولة إيجاد مؤشرات لمستقبل الاستخدام بمنطقة الدراسة. هدفت الدراسة إلي تحديد أنماط استخدام الأرض في منطقة الدراسة ومدى تأثرها بالعوامل الطبيعية والبشرية. تحقيقاً لذلك استعانة الباحثة بالخرائط المستنبطة من صور الأقمار الصناعية للأعوام 1965م 1987م و2000م , لتتبع التغير في استخدام الأرض, فضلاً عن البيانات والمعلومات المستقاة من الاستبانة التي تم توزيعها علي الأسر بمنطقة الدراسة ومن ثم إجراء المقارنة لحساب المساحات في السنين المختلفة لمعرفة التغير في الاستخدام كما جمعت المعلومات من خلال الدراسة الميدانية باستخدام الاستبانة. توصلت الدراسة إلي وجود تغير كبير في أنماط استخدام الأرض الذي كان سائداً في فترة الستينات والتي كانت أعلي النسب بها للاستخدام الزراعي 38.28% يليه الاستخدام السكني بنسبة 19.95% ثم الاستخدام الصناعي 5.35% ثم الاستخدام التجاري بنسبة1.33%. وأتضح أن مساحات الاستخدامات السكنية تأتي في المرتبة الأولي بنسبة 52.43 % تليها الاستخدامات الزراعية 41.85 % والصناعية2.38 % , التجارية بنسبة 1.52% حدث التوسع في هذه الأنماط علي حساب الاستخدام الزراعي والرعوي وعزي ذلك لتداخل العديد من العوامل أهمها النمو السكاني الناجم عن الهجرة والنزوح الناتجة من الحروب و الجفاف. فضلاً عن القصور في سياسات التخطيط العمراني . أوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها تقليل الزحف السكاني والهجرة من الريف إلي العاصمة والمدن الكبيرة وذلك بتوفير وتوزيع الخدمات الأساسية بالريف. كما أوصت بتنفيذ الخطط الإسكانية حسب جداولها مع الاهتمام بالاستخدامات الصناعية وصيانتها والاستعانة بالتقنية الحديثة في وضع خريطة لاستخدام الأرض للولاية .

, ABSTRACT This study has been carried out in Al Thowra town for importance and for changes in the area. Their changes include all ﬁelds in urban and economic life especially all when we see the area as an attractive area for population and urbanization. The unsettled urban development in the town has added to services much optics. This problem has not been studied. The present study is show to what can be done to cater for all ﬁelds in human life, urban, and economic of life and to measure the development. _ V » The town extended rapidly as expected and as people immigrated toward towns. This intensive expansion lead to pressure on town available rezones in services. The squatter settlement appeared. Add to that the difference in building and residence. All these factor affect urbanizing developing and morphologic the town. The only adapted many means to get information that help in solving the problem, that is done through resources, references and consulting libraries units and special government departments. The research includes interviews, reports, investigations, questionnaire and personal observation. The paper aims to study ‘the geography of the town and examining its morphology and other effective factors. The paper aims to study the population cases and their development. The researcher followed many methods according to this case, which includes all areas in details. . The conclusion has recommendation in town planning. It has the solution for residence and population extension that is done through a map for the town to rehabilitate and orange different section. The case should be for economic, industrial, commercial, cultural ﬁelds beside services and sports.
