    مسـاهمة الصـادرات غير النفطيـة في اقتصاد المملكة العربية السعودية للفترة 2005 -2016م (رؤيـة مسـتقبلية)

    هدفت الدراسة الي معرفة مدي مساهمة الصادرات غير النفطية في اقتصاد المملكة العربية السعودية للفترة 2005/2016م ، والتعرف علي حجم ونوعية الصادرات غير النفطية ونسب مساهمتها في الاقتصاد السعودي، بالإضافة الي الدور الذي يمكن ان تقوم به وفق رؤية المملكة 2030. تفترض الدارسة ان هناك تذبذب في مساهمة الصادرات غير النفطية خلال فترة الدارسة. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الاحصائي في تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها. من اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة: ان مساهمة الصادرات غير النفطية ليست بالمستوى المطلوب، حيث بلغت متوسط المساهمة 16.5% من إجمالي الصادرات للفترة 2005/2016م. بالإضافة الا ان معظم الصادرات السعودية غير النفطية ذات تقنيات إنتاجية بسيطة. من اهم التوصيات: تحسين القدرة التنافسية للصادرات غير النفطية من خلال إعداد الدراسات والبحث والخطط التسويقية، ايضا إيجاد مصادر جديدة لتنويع مصادر الدخل وتقليل الاعتماد على الإيرادات النفطية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصـادرات غير النفطيـة، الاقتصاد السعودي، رؤية 2030 Abstract The objectives of this study is to determine the contribution of non-oil exports to the economy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the period 2005/2016, and to identify the size and quality of non-oil exports and their contribution to the Saudi economy, in addition to the role it can play according to the Kingdom's vision 2030. The study assumes that there is fluctuation in the contribution of non-oil exports during the study period. The descriptive analytical methodology was used to analyze the data collected. The most important findings of the study: The contribution of non-oil exports is not at the required level, with an average contribution of 16.5% of the total exports for the period 2005/2016. In addition, most non-oil Saudi exports have simple production techniques. The most important recommendations: improving the competitiveness of non-oil exports through conducting more studies, and marketing plans, also finding new sources to diversify sources of income and reduce reliance on oil revenue.
