    تأهيل الاستاذ الجامعي لتطبيق الجودة الشاملة وأثره في تحسين الاداء الأكاديمي لجامعة الخرطوم 2014

    تناولت هذه الورقة " أثر تأهيل الأستاذ الجامعي لتطبيق الجودة الشاملة على تحسين الاداء الأكاديمي "، وقد أجريت الدراسة على جامعة الخرطوم أولى مؤسسات التعليم العالي الرائدة. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في إهمال الجوانب النوعية لنظام التعليم العالي والتركيز على وظيفة التدريس دون الجانب الإداري. والنقص في الكوادر المؤهلة مما أدى الي تدني الخدمة وجودة مخرجات التعليم الجامعي. وتأتي أهمية الدراسة في معرفة أهمية الكادر البشري المؤهل وخاصة في التعليم الجامعي واستراتيجيات تحسين الأداء ومواجهة التغيير المستمر. وتطوير وتحسين عناصر ضمان الجودة مما يدعم دور المسئولين الإداريين والتربويين في تحقيق أهداف الجامعة. تهدف الدراسة الي معرفة مدى الاهتمام بتدريب وتأهيل (أعضاء هيئة التدريس) لتحقيق مستوى عالي من تطبيق الجودة الشاملة. ولتحقيق الهدف تناولت الدراسة فرضية واحدة هي: (الاهتمام بتأهيل الأستاذ الجامعي لتطبيق الجودة يؤدى الى تحسين الأداء الأكاديمي للجامعة) استخدم في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التاريخي وتم تحليل البيانات منطقيا واحصائيا باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)، وخلصت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج أهمها قبول فرضية الدراسة وهي : الاهتمام بتأهيل الأستاذ الجامعي لتطبيق الجودة يؤدى الى تحسين أداء خدمة التعليم العالي. وعدد من التوصيات أهمها الاهتمام بتأهيل الاستاذ الجامعي ورفع مستواه. الكلمات المفتاحية: تأهيل الأستاذ الجامعي، تحسين الأداء الأكاديمي، الجودة الشاملة في التعليم، التقويم والاعتماد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي Abstract: This study examined the impact of training of employees'' faculty members'' on TQM systems in improving the performance of the university education service. The study was conducted at Khartoum University. The problem of the study: neglect the qualitative aspects of the higher education system and to focus on the teaching function without the administrative side, this led to shortage of qualified cadres, which led to low service and quality of outputs of university education. The importance of the study is to know the importance of qualified human cadres, particularly in university education, strategies to improve performance and to cope with continuous change, the development and improvement of elements of quality assurance, which supports the role of administrative officials and educators in achieving the goals of the university. The study was aimed at finding out the extent of the training and qualifying (faculty members and administrators) to achieve a high-quality level the study aims to know the importance of training and qualifying (faculty members and administrators) to achieve a high-quality level. To achieve this goal, the study dealt with one hypothesis: Qualification of university professor to implementing of total quality lead to improve the performance of higher education performance the interest in qualifying the university professor for the application of quality leads to improving the performance of the university. The data was analyzed logically and statistically using the SPSS program. The study concluded with a number of conclusions, the most important is acceptance of the study halitosis, and some recommendations, most important of them is the interesting in improving the faculty members and raise their performance.
