    ABSTRACT This study application of legislation social service for people with disabilities in the Sudan, where aimed to find out how comprehensive law to the needs of the disabled and identify areas that are not covered by the law of persons with disabilities, as well as aimed at the extent of knowledge of persons with disabilities to such rights contained in the law of the rights of persons with disabilities, and also to identify proposals and the needs of disabled people that want to be included in the law of persons with disabilities and, finally, aimed at developing the skills and capabilities of working with people with disabilities in the areas of educational and social rehabilitation and psychological, medical and vocational. Was used descriptive analytical approach in this study based on the data collection process on the interview and questionnaire and observation, where the study was on a sample of disabled people associate certain centers in Khartoum state reached (400) disabled, and were processed data by program Statistical Package for Social Sciences, using which some statistical methods iterative such as tables and graphs and percentages and chi square and the study found the following results: The vast majority of disabled people do not have full knowledge of all legislation on‘ law Sudanese disabilities. Doubled documentary and Media in the definition of the community and the disabled themselves of their rights and their legislation. It turns out that the laws of disability include the services needed by disabled by medium, which include some of the rights guaranteed by the law for all and not all rights. The privileges guaranteed by law for the disabled, which included his existence and his handicap below average with grandparents shortcomings in implementing the articles of the law on access to services for the disabled, and the level of social services, including in the Disabilities Act in good form but it is not implemented on the ground completely, the thing which resulted in the phenomena negative amid disabled the result of non-compliance with their own legislation. And appeared weak franchises that provide for employers and peer companies serve the disabled lead to non- application of materials right of the disabled to work, and the lack of deterrent penalties against the disabled who violates the law in. addition to the lack of follow-up to the implementation of the disability laws and regulations. Pant also weak participation of people with disabilities in all phases of the development of policies and laws and regulations of their own, and to ensure that state partial and inéomplete, including seq of the needs and rights of the disabled and legally prescribed and the weakness of the budgets allocated for the benefit of people with disabilities. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommended the need to raise awareness of cognitive and media legislation disability and the rights of the disabled community in general and disabled private, including all tools that will enable them to knowledge of them and to review and revise existing legislation and policies, to comply with the UN Convention on Human people with disabilities, and to re\"'/iew and revise the adhered to and activate mechanisms, and the addition of certain substances that lead to the application.
