    العلاقة التكاملية بين قدرات فرق العمل وادارة المعرفة وانعكاسها في تعظيم الاداء المالي - دراسة تطبيقية في المصارف التجارية الخاصة في بغداد

    المستخلص هدفت الدراسة لبناء إدراكات واضحة حول تعظيم الأداء المالي للمنظمات من خلال إيجاد نوع من التكامل بين مفردات فرق العمل عبر متغيراتها الفرعية ( الشفافية، التدريب، المعلوماتية) وعمليات إدارة المعرفة (تشخيص المعرفة، توليد المعرفة، خزن المعرفة، تقاسم المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة) في محاولة لتعميم هذهِ النظرية وإمكانية تطبيقها في البيئة العراقية وفي قطاع المعارف تحديداً. وعلى هذا الأساس انطلقت الدراسة من مشكلة بحثية لردم الفجوة المعرفية بين الطروحات النظرية المرتبطة بمتغيرات الدراسة الثلاثة والتطبيق في الميدان المبحوث، بهدف التعرف على قدرات فرق العمل وعمليات إدارة المعرفة وأثرها في تعظيم الأداء المالي. تكمن أهمية الدراسة في إنها ستحاول الخروج بتأصيل فلسفي لطبيعة متغيري الدراسة (قدرات فرق العمل وعمليات إدارة المعرفة) بوصفها أدوات تنظيمية يمكن توظيفها في تعزيز وتعظيم الأداء المالي، فهذهِ الدراسة ربطت بين ثلاثة حقول معرفية في الإدارة (التنظيم وإدارة المعرفة والإدارة المعرفية). واعتمدت الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها باستخدام المنهج الوصفي لوصف متغيرات الدراسة الثلاثة بالاستعانة بالمصادر العلمية المختلفة والمنهج التحليلي القائم على جميع البيانات الأولية من خلال استقصاء (100) مديراً في ستة مصارف عراقية خاصة (الشمال، الخليج التجاري، الموصل للتنمية والاستثمار، بغداد الاستثماري، الشرق الأوسط للاستثمار، الاستثمار الأهلي العراقي). للتأكد من تعظيم الأداء المالي باستخدام الاساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. وتحقيقاً لما تقدم من بناء مخطط إفتراضي يوضح طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة الرئيسية والفرعية انطلقت منه فرضيات الدراسة للاجابة على الاسئلة البحثية المثارة في مشكلة الدراسة. خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات النظرية والميدانية التي تثبت بناءاً على نتائج الدراسة، وكان من أهمها إن التكامل بين قدرات فرق العمل وعمليات إدارة المعرفة يحقق فاعلية أكبر وتأثيراً في تعزيز وتعظيم الأداء المالي في المصارف الستة المبحوثة، كما أظهرت النتائج أيضاً صحة جميع الفرضيات فهناك علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين قدرات فرق العمل والأداء المالي على المستوى الكلي وعلى مستوى المقدرات كل عللا حدا، كذلك أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط بين عمليات إدارة المعرفة سواء على المستوى الكلي أو على مستوى كل عملية في تعزيز الأداء المالي. وبناءاً على تلك الاستنتاجات قد حثت الدراسة على عدد من التوصيات لعل من اهمها ضرورة التركيز والاهتمام لجميع قدرات فرق العمل وعمليات إدارة المعرفة بنفس القدر من الأهمية لتحقيق الهدف المرجو من تكاملها في معظم الأداء المالي للمصارف المبحوثة. Abstract The study aimed at building a clear perceptions about maximizing the financial performance of the organizations through creating a kind of complementarity between the vocabulary of the work teams through their sub-variables (transparency, training, informatics) and knowledge management processes (knowledge diagnosis, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing). An attempt to disseminate this theory and its applicability in the Iraqi environment and in the knowledge sector in particularly. On this basis, the study launched a research problem to bridge the knowledge gap between the theoretical propositions which are related to the three variables of study and application of the researched field, in order to identify the abilities of work tams and knowledge management processes and their impact on maximizing the financial performance. The importance of the study is that it will attempt to conclude a philosophical basis for the nature of the study variables (team capabilities and knowledge management processes) as regulatory tools that can be used to enhance and maximize financial performance. This study linked three knowledge fields in the management (organization, and knowledge managemen). The study was adopted to achieve its objectives by using the descriptive approach to describe the three study variables using different scientific sources and analytical methodology which is based on all primary data through a survey of 100 managers in six private Iraqi banks (Al-Shamal, , Iraqi private investment). To ensure the maximization of financial performance using appropriate statistical methods to test the hypotheses of the study. In order to achieve the above, it is possible to construct a hypothetical diagram showing the nature of the relation between the main and secondary variables of the study. The hypotheses of the study were used to answer the research questions which is raised in the study problem. The study concluded with a set of theoretical and field conclusions based on the results of the study, the most important one is that the integration of the capabilities of the work teams and knowledge management processes which it achieve a greater effectiveness and influence in enhancing and maximizing the financial performance in the six investigated banks. The results also showed the validity of all hypotheses, there are a relation and impact between teamwork and financial performance at the macro and capacities levels. The results also showed a correlation between knowledge management operations whether at the whole level or at the level of each process in enhancing financial performance. Based on these conclusions, the study has urged a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity to focus and pay attention to all the capacities of the work teams and knowledge management processes as important to achieve the objective of integrating them in most of the financial performance of the investigated banks
