    المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور مصرف الغارمين ودوره في التكافل الإجتماعي ، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ما هي الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بمصرف الغارمين وما دوره في التكافل الإجتماعي ، سعت الدراسة لإختبار فرضيات منها يجهل الكثير من المسلمين اليوم مفهوم مصرف الغارمين وأدلة مشروعيتة ، هنالك الكثير من الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بمصرف الغارمين تحتاج لتوضيح . وقد توصلت الباحثة إلي مجموعة من النتائج منها، دور الغارمين فى التكافل الإجتماعي حل إسلامي ناجح فى حل مشكلات للديون المتعسرة وعجز أصحابها عن سدادها . فهذا يجعل الإنسان المسلم فى راحة وإستقرار نفسي، بناءاً على ماسبق فإن الزكاة هى المرتبة الأولي فى تحقيق التكافل الإجتماعي فى الإسلام، الزكاة تتسم بالمرونة بسبب تنوع المستفيدون منها . ويتسم سهم الغارمين بسرعة توفير المطلوب إلى الخارج . ومن ثم قامت الباحثة بتقديم عدد من التوصيات منها ، ضرورة توحيد لجان الزكاة ضمن إطار واحد وربطها بقاعدة بيانات خاصة حتي لاتعطي الزكاة لاشخاص ويحرم أشخاص أخرون ، ضرورة رفع السقف المادي للغارمين حتي يستفيد الغارم مما يدفع له من الزكاة وحل المشكلة كاملة ليستطيع توفير بقية الاحتياجات الاخري. Abstract The Study dealt with the role of the garmin(thoe in dept) Institution the part from zaket department in social solidarty .the Study is to see how the sharia low classified garimin And how it constribte in community solidarity the Study aimed to identifying the garmin and his role to all muslime by sharia low perspective and proof to show evidence that it legitimate . There is a lot of proofs in sharia about garmin need to be clarify and also his effect in Muslims and Islam . The researcher has come to anumber of result in the role of garmin in Successful Islamic way to fix and soleve Deptet for Muslim cannot afford to bay for there Deptes so that make them comfortable and slef- stability the will get help Based on above zaket is the moste important thing to achieve solidarity in community zaket is flexible because of the diversity of people wfo cab benefits from it . Garmin share is fast to rapidly to requesas And the researcher has come to numbers of recommendation from it : it most important to unifications zaket corporation and linke all of zaket Sectors together by one database to help who really need help and as fast the can get . and also must up the financial roof to garmin so it can perfom better and who came can get all the help he need.
