المستخلص : تناولت في البحث بناء شخصية المرأة المؤمنة في ضوء القرآن الكريم حيث تمثلت أسئلة البحث ما المقصود ببناء شخصية المرأة ؟ هل هناك آيات عن بناء شخصية المرأة المؤمنة وردت في القرآن الكريم ؟ ما أقوال العلماء والمفسرين الواردة في تفسير آيات بناء شخصية المرأة المؤمنة في ضوء ما جاء في القرآن الكريم ؟ خلصت أهمية البحث قدم القرآن الكريم نماذج مختلفة لشخصية المرأة أُمّاً وأُختاً وزوجة وعمل على بنائها، عناية القرآن الكريم البالغة بأمر المرأة على اختلاف أحوالها وعلاقتها، أن الله سبحانه وتعالى كرم المرأة ولم يحرمها شيئاً من حقوقها. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحقيق الآتي : بيان عناية الإسلام بالمرأة والاهتمام بشؤونها، وكفالة حقوقها ، الكشف عن عناية القرآن الكريم البالغة بأمر المرأة على اختلاف أحوالها وعلاقتها ، بيان صفات المؤمنة كما صورها القرآن الكريم ،دحض الشبهات الواردة في حق المرأة المسلمة . من الفروض التي يختبر صدقها هذا البحث ما يلي كيف نبيِّن عناية الإسلام بالمرأة والإهتمام بشؤونها ، وكفالة حقوقها . لماذا اعتنى القرآن الكريم العناية البالغة بأمر المرأة على اختلاف أحوالها وعلاقتها، كيف نبيّن صفات المؤمنة كما صورها القرآن الكريم . يتبع في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي التحليلي والذي يعتمد جمع المادة العلميّة من مكانها ووصفها ثمّ تحليل تلك المادة التي نصل من خلالها إلى " بناء شخصية المرأة المؤمنة في ضوء القرآن الكريم " . ويستنتج من جميع ذلك ما يلي : أن أحوال المرأة في المجتمع الإنساني في أدواره المختلفة قبل الإسلام ، له أثر في الاختصار التام كما مثلته في الاتي : أنهم كانوا يرونها إنساناً في مستوى الحيوان ، أو إنساناً ضعيف الإنسانية ، منحطاً لا يؤمن شرُّه وفساده لو أطلق من قيد التبعية . وكانوا يرون في وزنها الاجتماعي أنها خارجة من هيكل المجتمع المركب غير داخلة فيه ، وإنما هي من شرائطه التي لا غنى عنها ، كالمسكن لا غنى عن الالتجاء إليه ، أو أنها كالأسير المسترقّ الذي أصبح من توابع المجتمع الغالب ، ينتفع من عمله ، ولا يؤمن كيده . حيث أن الحريّة كما عرَّفها أحد القانونيين بأنها : الملكة الخاصة التي تميز الإنسان من حيث هو موجود عاقل يصدر أفعاله عن إرادته هو لاعن أية إرادة أخرى غريبة عنه ، فالحريَّة تعني : إنعدام القسر الخارجي ، والحرية هي تميز الإنسان عن غيره، ويتمكن بها من ممارسة أفعاله وأقواله وتصرُّفاته ، بإرادة واختيار من غير قسر ولا إكراه ولكن ضمن حدود معينة ، أجمع العلماء على اعتبار الميراث مورداً من موارد التملك للمرأة سواء كانت ابنة أو زوجة أو أماً حتى لو كانت جده ،النفقة مصدر مشتق من النفوق أي الهلاك . بناء شخصيّة المرأة المؤمنة في ضوء القرآن الكريم ليس من منظور تربوي فحسب وأنما الى معالجة قضايا بناء الشخصيّة المؤمنة الصحيحة ، ولذلك دعى القرآن الكريم المسلم أن يكون الإنسان المؤمن ذات شخصية قوية صلبة لا تزعزعه الخطوب ولاتهزه الرياح ولا ينكسر أمام الحوادث فيجلس محطماً لا يهتدي إلى أمره سبيلاً . Abstract : In the research, I discussed the building of the personality of the insured woman in the light of the Holy Quran, where the questions of the research were what is meant by building the personality of the woman? Are there any verses about building the personality of a believing woman listed in the Qur'an? What are the sayings of scholars and interpreters in the interpretation of the verses of building the personality of the believing woman in light of what is stated in the Holy Quran? The importance of the research The Quran presented different models of the personality of the woman, sister and wife and worked on its construction, the attention of the Koran, the adult order of women of different conditions and relationship, that God Almighty honored the woman and deprived her of any of their rights. This research aims to achieve the following statement of Islam's attention to women and attention to their affairs, and to ensure their rights, to reveal the care of the Holy Quran in the order of women in different situations and their relationship, the characteristics of the believer as depicted in the Holy Quran, refuting the suspicions contained in the right of Muslim women. In this research follows the descriptive method of descriptive analysis, which adopts the collection of scientific material from its place and description and then analyze that article through which we get to "build the personality of the woman locked in the light of the Koran" One of the hypotheses that this study is validated is the following: How to show the care of Islam and concern for women, and ensure their rights. Why did the Holy Quran care about the great care of women in different situations and relationships, how to show the qualities of the believer as portrayed in the Holy Quran. In this research, the descriptive method of analytical analysis, which relies on the collection of scientific material from its place and description, and then analyze that article through which we get to "build the personality of the woman insured in the light of the Holy Quran." المستخلص : فإن الشخصية المرسومة بهدي الله تعالى ، تتكامل وتتوازن بالضرورة في مجموعها من ناحية وفي علاقتها بالشريعة من ناحية أخرى ، فالله عز وجل واضع الشريعة هو بارئ الشخصية الإنسانية وخالق نزعاتها المختلفة ، ولذا كانت لغة الدين - إن الدين عند الله الإسلام - مقبولة لدى مختلف جوانب الشخصية ، وكانت تعاليمه متسقة معها جميعا ، فهو من ثم لا يخاطب في الإنسان قوة دون أخرى ، فيقع من ثم في صراع مع القوة التي يهملها . تمثلت أسئلة البحث : ما المقصود ببناء شخصية المرأة ؟ وهل هناك آيات تدل على بناء شخصية المرأة المؤمنة قد وردت في القرآن الكريم ؟ وما أقوال العلماء والمفسرين الواردة في تفسير آيات بناء شخصية المرأة المؤمنة في ضوء ما جاء في القرآن الكريم ؟ نبعت أهمية البحث : قدم القرآن الكريم نماذج مختلفة لشخصية المرأة أُمّاً وأُختاً وزوجة وعمل على بنائها . وعناية القرآن الكريم البالغة بأمر المرأة على اختلاف أحوالها وعلاقتها . وأن الله سبحانه وتعالى كرَّم المرأة ولم يحرمها شيئاً من حقوقها . يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحقيق الآتي : بيان عناية الإسلام بالمرأة والاهتمام بشؤونها ، وكفالة حقوقها . والكشف عن عناية القرآن الكريم البالغة بأمر المرأة على اختلاف أحوالها وعلاقتها . وبيان صفات المرأة المؤمنة كما صورها القرآن الكريم . من الفروض التي يختبر صدقها هذا البحث ما يلي : كيف نبيِّن عناية الإسلام بالمرأة والاهتمام بشؤونها ، وكفالة حقوقها . لماذا اعتنى القرآن الكريم العناية البالغة بأمر المرأة على اختلاف أحوالها وعلاقتها . كيف نبيّن صفات المؤمنة كما صورها القرآن الكريم . يتبع الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج التفسيري . من خلال هذا البحث توصل الباحث الي عدة نتائج منها : أن الحريّة هي الملكة الخاصة التي تميز الإنسان من حيث هو موجود عاقل يصدر أفعاله عن إرادته هو لاعن أية إرادة أخرى غريبة عنه ، وتعني إنعدام القسر الخارجي ، والحرية هي التي تميز الإنسان عن غيره ، أما النفقة فهي مشتقّة من النّفاق أي الرواج ، حيث يقال : نفقت الفرس والدابَّة نفوقاً أي ماتت ويُقال نفق البيع نفاقاً بالفتح أي راج ، ونفقت السلعة تنفق نفاقاً أي غلت ورغب فيها ، فالنفقة مصدر مشتق من النفوق أي الهلاك. ومن خلال النتائج والاطارالنظري توصل الباحث لعدة توصيات منها : ضرورة تمكن الانسان من ممارسة أفعاله وأقواله وتصرُّفاته بإرادة واختيار من غير قسر ولا إكراه ولكن ضمن حدود معينة ، وقد أجمع العلماء على اعتبار الميراث مورداً من موارد التملك للمرأة سواء كانت ابنة أو زوجة أو أم حتى لو كانت جده .
