    جودة الحياة وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين بشركة العكدابي للحديد (بمحلية بحري)

    مستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث لمعرفة جودة الحياة وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين بشركة العكدابي بمحلية بحري، وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات، قد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، حيث بلغت عينة البحث(71) من العاملين بشركة العكدابي، تم اختيارهم عن طريق العينة العشوائية، كما استخدمت الباحثة مقياس جودة الحياة من إعداد محمود منسي، وعلي كاظم (2016)، ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي من إعداد ويلز وزملائه (1967)، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) وأعمدت على اختبار (ت) لمجموعة واحدة ولمجموعتين وتحليل التباين وارتباط بيرسون، توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: تتسم السمة العامة لجودة الحياة لدى العاملين بشركة العكدابي بالارتفاع. تتسم السمة العامة للرضا الوظيفي لدى أفراد العينة بالانخفاض. توجد علاقة عكسية دالة إحصائياً بين جودة الحياة والرضا الوظيفي لدى أفراد العينة. لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في جودة الحياة لدى أفراد العينة تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في جودة الحياة لدى أفراد العينة تبعاً لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في جودة الحياة لدى أفراد العينة تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. وضعت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات توصي الباحثة بتنمية مفهوم الرضا الوظيفي في بيئة العمل وتحسين جودة الحياة للعاملين، الاهتمام بالبرامج التدريبية والعمل على استمراريتها لما له دور على المساهمة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين. مستخلص البحث باللغة الإنجليزية This research aimed to study quality of life and it is relationship to job satisfaction among workers in company of AL-Akadaby in locality of Bahray and study thier relationship to some variables. The researcher used the description correlation method. The sample consist of (71) workers in AL-Akadaby company, they are selected by random sample mothed. The researcher used test of quality of life prepared by Mahmod Manse, and Ali Kazem (2016), and test of job satisfaction prepared by Willz et al (1967). The data analyzed by SPSS program through test of T- test for one sample, T- test for two samples, ANOVA, and pearson correlation Index. The result indicted that: the quality of life among workers in AL-Akadaby company is high. Job satisfaction among workers in AL-Akadaby company is low. There is significant correlation relationship reverse between quality of life and job satisfaction among workers in AL-Akadaby Company. There are no significant statistical differences in quality of life between workers according to education level. There are no significant statistical differences in quality of life between workers according to marital status. There are no significant statistical differences in quality of life between workers according to years of experience. According to that results the researcher. Presented some recommendation: develop the concept of quality of life in working environment and enhancing the quality of life among worker and concern about training programs and it is progressive for it is important to bettering achievement.
