Abstract: Abstract Customer attrition in any establishment is considered as a problem that can lead to substantial loss in profit. The effect of this problem can be greatly reduce if use is made of big data base about customers. The aim of this research is to use Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to build a model that enables prediction of the future status of customers with respect to attrition. The stablished model includes three layers: one input layer, one output layer and one hidden layer. We used Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) Neural Network with Back-Propagation learning, and the activation function used in this model is sigmoid function.
